About

Ian Campbell is a multimedia developer living in Ottawa, Ontario.  His professional interests include graphic design, photography, motion graphics, web design, audio and video production and the use of content management systems.

Graduating from the Interactive Multimedia Developer program at Algonquin College in June 2011, Ian has had other educational sojourns along the way.  He graduated from Queen’s University with a Phys-Ed. Degree in 1996 and from St. Lawrence College with a Carpenter General certificate in 2002.  Some might see these as disparate pursuits, but Ian sees it differently.

To him, building bodies, building houses and building multimedia projects are all opportunities to reaffirm his belief in two guiding principles;

1)      To consume is common, to create is divine.

2)      Big things are made up of small things.

With these words guiding his actions, Ian strives to place himself in situations that will both allow him to develop his creativity and enjoy the process of creation itself.  Sometimes this goal leads him to build a book shelf, other times to build a website, still other times to continue his life-long pursuit of the perfect jump shot.
